Stress Relief Daily Photos

April 5, 2020

It is finally spring outside, but together we are adjusting to a new normal, and spending more time indoors. We know it continues to be an especially difficult time for medical professionals and caregivers. Now more than ever we appreciate everything you do. Caregiverlist invites you to enjoy our stress relief photo and inspirational quote and share them with loved ones. This week’s photo of orchids was taken at the Chicago Botanic Garden.  We are here to support each other and wish you all the best for the week ahead.

As these challenging days are turning into weeks, we know you may be under more stress than usual. Although we don’t always see it, the sun rises every day and sometimes gives us a beautiful greeting like this one. We thank you caregivers and certified nursing aides for your hard work and caring for our seniors. Caregivers provide companionship and caregiving to seniors, and must remember to “care for the caregiver.” This week’s stress relief photo was taken in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We invite you to take a moment to enjoy the photo and the inspirational quote and share them with loved ones. We hope you stay safe and well in the coming week.

from illuminating the fog that surrounds us.”
