Stress Relief Daily Photos

May 17, 2020

Together we are continuing to face the new challenges our world is facing. We are all hoping for the best and looking for lights in the darkness. This week’s stress relief photo was taken in the town of Mesilla in New Mexico. Please enjoy and feel free to share the photo and inspirational quote with loved ones. Now more than ever, we thank you caregivers and certified nursing aides for your hard work and caring for our seniors. Senior care training assists caregivers to better manage a senior’s care needs and manage caregiver stress. We hope you continue to stay well, and we wish you all the best in the coming week.

“Look at what you’ve got and make the best of it.
It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.”

Although families could not spend the time together as usual, this weekend we honored the mothers of the world. We understand the continued challenges of caregiving and family life during this difficult time. We all look forward to the promise of better days ahead. This week’s stress relief photo was taken in springtime in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. There are small beauties in the world all around us. Please enjoy and feel free to share the photo and inspirational quote with loved ones. Now more than ever, we thank you caregivers and certified nursing aides for your hard work and caring for our seniors. We hope you continue to stay well, and we wish you all the best in the coming week.

This weekend we will celebrate Mother’s Day– and many of us will not be able to celebrate with our mothers or children as usual. Many of us will also honor the memory of those no longer with us. We know this continues to be a stressful time for all of us, especially caregivers. We invite you to take a moment to relax and enjoy our stress relief photo and inspirational quote and share them with loved ones. This week’s photo was taken in Lincoln Park in Chicago, Illinois. It was a heartwarming sight to see during these anxious times. Thank you caregivers and certified nursing aides for your hard work and the care you provide for our seniors. We hope you stay safe and well in the coming week.

“A mother’s love for her child is like nothing else in the world.
It knows no law, no pity. It dares all things and crushes down
remorselessly all that stands in its path.”
-Agatha Christie
